The Business Card of Dreams

This little sweetie will be coming with me to Kid Lit Vic, this year. A children’s book conference, where picture book writers and Illustrators gather to, not only learn a thing or two, but to pitch our hearts work to publishers who can make our dreams come true.

Or not.

Today I ordered my business card. This little guy will sit sweetly beside my Illustration portfolio, as publishers lift each page and hopefully like what they see enough to pick him up and take him home.

It is always SO exciting seeing my work in print, and business cards are no exception. I’ve got some sweet little stickers coming too.

I can-not-wait.
